24-hour service
SOTEX attaches great importance to service and accessibility. Our 24-hour service is always there to advise and assist you. Faults or defects are quickly and professionally solved by our own technicians. So also at night, at weekends and during holidays. For us this is a matter of course, for you it is extremely important and convenient!
Maintenance
In addition to this service, SOTEX also takes care of maintenance. SOTEX recommends contractual maintenance, but you can also contact SOTEX without a contract for the necessary maintenance. The intervals are usually determined by the operating hours, but also by the practical situation, such as external influences such as air pollution, ambient temperature, etc., but also, for example, the number of starts and stops play an important role. Contractual maintenance is not limited to the border, but takes place in many countries around the world. Please inquire about the possibilities!
